SERALON
6 - PA 6
SERALON 6 is a polyamide for injection moulding. This material's main characteristics
are good flexibility, strength and fluidity. Therefore it is suitable for
moulding small and big objects, even with complex shapes, and for the production
of shock-resistant bodies and of different details for the mechanical, automotive,
textile, electric and electronic industries and, in general, for innovative
technical components. SERALON 6 can also be supplied with fiber-glass, glass-ball,
mineral-charge, graphite, molybdenum sulphide, PFTE and self-extinguishing
reinforcements. The SERALON 6 characteristics are modified and enhanced
according to the charges or strengthen employed. SERALON 6 is supplied in
natural shade as well as custumers' colour requirements.

SERALON
66 - PA 66
SERALON 66 is a polyamide for injection moulding. It is characterized by
high mechanical and thermal properties, surface gloss, very good resistance
to wear and abrasion, as well as to chemical agents, oils, fats and to non-chlorinated
hydrocarbons. SERALON 66 is ideal for the production of mechanical parts
which will be in contact with oil, fats, and petrol. Therefore it can be
employed in the automotive, electro-mechanical, mechanical and textile industries.
SERALON 66 can also be supplied with fiber-glass, glass-ball, mineral-charge,
graphite, molybdenum sulphide, PFTE and self-extinguishing reinforcements.
The SERALON 6 characteristics are modified and enhanced according to the

SERACRIL is a technological polymer for injection moulding with surface
gloss, dimensional stability, good shock resistance and average thermal

industries, and for the production of household appliances, office equipment,
office furniture and of different technical articles. SERACRIL can be supplied
in natural colour or in shade as well as costumers' colour requirements,

SERACARB is a technological polymer for injection moulding characterized
by exceptionally high shock resistance, transparency and dimensional stability.
It also shows high thermal and mechanical qualities. These properties make
it particularly suitable for application in the electric, electronic, lighting,
optical, building, automotive and motor-cycle industries and for the production
of household and accident prevention items. SERACARB can be supplied in
natural colour, smoke-grey or any shade as well as customers' colour requirements,
and can be ordered as standard or with fiber-glass, glass-ball or self-extinguishing
reinforcement.

SERAPLEN
FIBERGLASS - PP FIBERGLASS
SERAPLEN is a polymer for injection moulding. Its exceptional properties
make it also particularly suited for being worked with mineral and fiber-glass
or glass-ball charges and employed in specific sectors where other materials
having similar characteristics are not economically competitive. It is most
widespread in the automotive industry and is employed for the production
of household appliances, office furniture, watering systems' fittings, as
well as in a range of other application fields. MINERAL, FIBERGLASS AND
GLASSBALL SERAPLEN is supplied by Serraino Tecnopolimeri in natural or black
colours. It can also suplied according to custumers' colour requirements.

SERATAL is a technological polymer for injection moulding characterized
by high dimensional stability and good mechanical characteristics. It is
particularly suited for the moulding of technical articles. The most important
application sectors are the automotive, fine mechanical and textile industries
and for the production of appliances, pump bodies. It is also employed in
a range of other sectors. SERATAL can be supplied in a range of colours
from samples, and in the fiber-glass, glass-ball and PTFE versions.

SERATEC is a compound characterized by a range of properties. These make
it particularly suited for the production of all components requiring high
thermo-mechanical resistance coupled with good surface finishing. In fact
it is most widespread in the electric, electronic and automotive sectors.
SERATEC can be supplied with fiber-glass and glass-ball, mineral-charge
and self-extinguishing reinforcements and in any shade as well as customers'
colour requirements.

SERAPOL
- PPO
SERAPOL is a compound coupling a fair thermal and mechanical resistance
with the possibility to easily manufacture products having a complex shape.
The SERAPOL unique characteristics are its ability to reach the UL/94-VO
flammability degree without the help of halogen compounds and its excellent
resistance to heat and hydrolysis. Due to its good dimensional stability
and low humidity absorption, SERAPOL is employed in the automotive, electro-technical,
communications and hydraulic industries (production of pump bodies). It
is supplied in fiber-glass, glass-ball and self-extinguishing versions.

- BLEND / SERALLOY - POLYMER COMPOSITES
Following the evolution of techno-polymer production and the need to satisfy
particular customer requirements a new series of products were introduced.
These are largely employed, new-conception materials such as blends and
polymer alloys, and have been introduced in the already wide range of technical
materials produced by Serraino Tecnopolimeri. This new series of products
has acquired high importance in those sectors where the traditional products
have not been able to satisfy particular technical and design requirements.
Therefore their application is now being seriously considered by the household-appliance,

SERAMAX can contain 10 to 60% of PTFE. This compound is largely employed
